A few / A little

Quantity expressions "(a) few" and "(a ) little refer to small amount.

   A few

     Is used with countable nouns (which have plural) an is translated as "(unos/as pocos/as)", a few tiene valor positivo y significa poca cantidad pero suficiente.

               Examples:   I have a few friends. 

    A little

      Is used with uncontable nouns (witch do not have plural) and is translated as "(poco/a), a little tiene un valor negativo y significa cantidad insuficiente.

               Examples:  I have a littlle money.
