Any and Some

   Some

    It is used in affirmative oroations, sometimes some is used in questions that suppose offering.

                 

                Examples:    There are some letters for you.  

                Examples:    Do you want?

                                     Can I give you some advice?

 

   Any 

    It is used in negative or interrogative oroations.

                 Examples:    There aren´t any bottles of milk in the fridge.

                                      We haven´t got any shirts in your size.

                 Examples:    Have you got any shirts in my size?
